Essa e a igreja que a maioria do pessoal da base da OM na Alemanha freqüenta, precisamos orar pelas igrejas na Europa, orem para que aja um avivamento e porque não começar por essa igreja?

Tämä on kirkko, jossa monet OM:n Saksan toimistossa työskentelevät käyvät. Euroopan seurakunnat tarvitsevat rukousta, että niihin tulisi herätystä. Voimme aloittaa vaikka juuri tästä seurkaunnasta.

This is a church that many of the OM:ers who work in Germany attend. The church in Europe needs prayer for a revival. We can start praying with this church.

Depois de uma longa semana cheia de reuniões, reuniões que foram ótimas e muito me ajudaram a compreender a direção que estamos tomando para estes últimos meses antes da transição do pessoal do Logos II para o Logos Hope. Foi muito bom regressar a casa, durante essa jornada tive um bom tempo com o diretor do navio, (Mike Hey), e com sua secretaria, (Pauline Scott), tivemos ótimas conversas.

Vietimme täyden viikon Saksassa henkilöstöosaston koulutuksessa. Viikko oli todella hyvä suunnannäyttäjä näiden viimeisten kuukausien ajalle suunnitellessamme tulevaa työtä ja Logos II:n ja Logos Hopen henkilöstön yhdistymistä. Mukavana matkaseuranani oli laivan johtaja Mike Hey ja hänen sihteerinsä Pauline Scott.

We spent a week in Germany planning the work of the personnel division in this crucial time before a transition process we are facing when the people from the Logos II, Logos Hope and the new recruits come together. I had pleasant company to travel with, the ship Director, Mike Hey and his secretary Pauline Scott.

Na semana passada, do dia 10 ao dia 16 de junho, estive na Alemanha, em Mosbach. A base dos navios fica em Mosbach e por isso muitas vezes temos que viajar a essa cidade. Na primeira foto estou em meu quarto,nesse quarto estávamos 3, todos representantes dos navios. Na segunda fotos esta o pessoal da OM Alemanha e o pessoal da base dos navios em um jantar ao ar livre. Na terceira fotos estou com meus bons amigos, Maury, que e brasileiro e Suzana, alemã. Na quarta foto estamos todos na casa de um casal da OM, esse e o grupo responsável pelo departamento pessoal dos navios. Na ultima foto vemos carros bombeiros, tivemos um alarme falso, mas tivemos uma frota inteira de bombeiros e tivemos que abandonar o prédio. Foi uma experiência diferente.

10.-16.6 olin Saksassa Mosbachissa, jossa sijaitsee OM:n laivatoimisto. Ensimmäisessä kuvassa olen huoneessani, jonka jaoin kahden Logos II:lta tulleen työntekijän kanssa. Toisessa kuvassa on OM Saksan ja laivatoimiston työntekijöitä ulkoilmatilaisuudessa. Kolmannessa kuvassa olen kahden vanhan ystäväni kanssa (Brasilialainen Maury ja Saksalainen Suzana). Neljäs kuva on yhden OM:n työntekijäpariskunnan kotoa, jossa kokoontui laivojen henkilöstöosastojen työntekijät. Viimeisessä kuvassa on paloautoja, jotka saapuivat paikalle keskellä yötä palohälytyksen takia, joka onneksi osoittautui turhaksi, mutta rakennuskin ehdittiin jo evakuoida ennen asian selviämistä.

In June (10.-16.) I was in Mosbach in the ships headquarters. The first picture is from my room which I shared with two men from the Logos II. Second picture is from a picnic we had with the personnel of OM Germany and the ships office. The third picture is with old friends (Maury from Brazil and Suzana from Germany). The fourth picture is from a house of an OM couple, where the workers of the personnel department of the ships met. Last picture is of a night when fire fighters arrived to the building we were staying at. They evacuated the building because of a fire alarm, but discovered it to be a false one.

Esse foi um dia marcante, a primeira visita da crianças ao Logos Hope. Que aventura foi pra eles. Passaram todo o dia abordo, almoçaram conosco e conheceram a escola, cabines, espaços públicos sem falar na oportunidade de ver nosso pessoal em ação. Essa oportunidade foi muito importante para que eles possam continuar na expectativa de viverem abordo.

Nämä kuvat ovat hyvin merkittävästä päivästä, lasten ensimmäiseltä vierailulta Logos Hopelle. He viettivät päivän tutustuen laivan kouluun, hytteihin ja muihin tiloihin. Lisäksi he lounastivat laivalla ja näkivät sen työntekijät täydessä toimessa. Tämä päivä oli heino palkinto lapsille pitkästä odotuksesta.

These pictures are of a very special day, the kid’s first visit to Logos Hope. They spent a day onboard getting to know the school, cabins and other areas. They also had lunch onboard and saw the workers in full action. It was great encouragement after a long wait they have had.

Depois da visita a Albania eu regressei a Croácia, mas antes de retornar a Trogir, onde o Logos Hope esta, eu tive que visitar o consulado Brasileiro em Zagrebe, capital da Croácia. Eu tive que renovar meu passaporte. A parte interessante é que esse consulado é relativamente novo, o meu passaporte foi apenas o segundo expedido por eles. O problema é que eles fizeram tudo a mão e isso tem causado algumas perguntas quando passo pelo pessoal de imigração. Imaginem um passaporte escrito a mão expedido na Croácia. rsrsrs....

Kotimatkalla Albaniasta minun täytyi käydä Zagrebissa uusimassa passini Brasilian konsulaatissa. Mielenkiintoiseksi asian tekee se, että konsulaatti on ihan uusi ja minun passini oli vasta toinen siellä myönnetty. Se tehtiin käsin, koska heillä ei ollut vielä tarvittavaa konetta. Se passi onkin aiheuttanut kysymyksiä tullissa, Brasilian passi joka on tehty käsin ja myönnetty Kroatiassa...

Coming home from Albania I had to go Zagreb to renew my passport in the Brazilian consulate. What makes it interesting is the fact that the embassy is brand new, my passport was only the second they issued. They wrote it by hand, because they didn’t have the appropriate machine yet. So my passport has raised some questions in the immigration, a Brazilian handwritten passport which is issued in Croatia…
